Graeme Kirk graduated with a BA (Hons) from the University of East Anglia and qualified as a Solicitor in 1981. He has specialised in Business Immigration law since 1981 and joined Druces & Attlee as Consultant in Immigration Law in December 1997.

He was the Chairman of the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the International Bar Association from 2000 to 2004, and has spoken at and chaired seminars and Conferences on Business Immigration law throughout the world. He is recognised as one of the leading UK immigration lawyers in all legal directories. He is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and acts as a lecturer for ILPA.

Outside work, he is a member of Rotary and the MCC, and a devotee of opera.

Born 1955. Married with 2 children, he resides near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
