James Brand
Property Consultant
James Brand LLB (Hons) graduated from Kings College, London University in 1992 and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Formerly a Partner at Boodle Hatfield, James became a Consultant with Druces’ Construction Group in March 2009 and specialises in all aspects of construction & engineering law. His experience covers a wide spectrum of commercial development, residential and mixed use construction and development projects for developers, consultants and contractors. In addition he advises on all methods of construction procurement including strategic framework and/or partnering strategies.
James is a member of the Society of Construction Law, a regular contributor to articles in the construction press and a speaker at construction law conferences.
Outside work James enjoys travelling and theatre and participates as a reading mentor to help children with reading difficulties.
Born in 1971 James lives in Chiswick, West London.
