Susan Perry
Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate
Susan is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department, with a cross-Departmental practice in Taxation. She read Jurisprudence at Corpus Christi College, Oxford and trained with Druces & Attlee, being admitted as a solicitor in March 2002 and becoming an Associate in May 2006.
Susan deals with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and has been lead advisor on a number of mergers and acquisitions. As well as transactional work, she specialises in taxation and tax planning matters for both corporate and private clients, with a particular interest in property taxation.
Susan is a member of The Association of Taxation Technicians and a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Tax Advisers. She is also author/editor of three chapters of Tolley’s Company Law and has contributed numerous articles to various publications.
Susan's outside interests include literature, fine wine and watching cricket.
