Werner Kordt

Werner Kordt was admitted in Germany as Rechtsanwalt in 1977, and a Notary Public (Notar) in 1985. He has been an external consultant to Druces & Attlee since 1995, regularly advising the firm and its clients on German law, mainly on commercial cross-border matters. His main areas of practice include company and contract law, such as worldwide distribution and related issues. In 1996, his firm co-founded Druces International, the international network of law firms that since has evolved further into the Alliance of Business Lawyers
Apart from his native German, Werner Kordt also works in English, French and Dutch. His outside interests include literature and the arts.
