We were delighted to welcome an audience of over 40 shareholders and professional advisers to a breakfast seminar at our offices on 11 May 2016. The seminar focused on shareholders’ rights, shareholder agreements and some of the challenges associated with shareholder disputes.   

Druces Senior Associates Rachel Brown and Caroline Cropley were joined by New Square Chambers Barrister, David Fisher, and covered a range of issues, from the rationale behind using a shareholders agreement, to the ability of shareholders to intervene in the management of a company and the remedies available for resolving disputes.  Charles Spragge, partner, chaired proceedings.
