Druces were delighted to headline sponsor The Global Family Office Conference at The Dorchester, London on 15 June 2017.

The conference’s organiser, Vahe Vartanian of The Global Family Office Community, welcomed around 200 delegates from Single and Multi-family offices as well as a number of professional advisers to the sector.  The agenda was a very varied and interesting take on the issues affecting Family Offices in 2017.

From the Druces perspective, Robert Macro, partner and head of the firm’s family office team, took the delegates through current and likely trends relating to tax and privacy while Charles Avens, associate, briefed the audience on what they needed to be dealing with from an immigration point of view as Brexit looms.

As the conference closed, delegates were left to reflect on a thought-provoking day that covered so many issues currently on the plates of principals and their family offices’ chief advisers.

At Druces we are very proud to be working with a number of those family offices and their advisers as they continue that journey to turn a professional success in a lasting legacy for themselves and their families.
