A report is prepared, and the areas where we consider changes to be desirable, are highlighted. In addition we are always happy to respond to individual employment problems, as and when they arise, so that decisions can be taken based on informed and up-to-date legal expertise.

Contracts of Employment

You must provide each employee, whether part–time or full-time within two months of their start date with a written statement of particulars of employment. We can draft a contract or review and update your existing Contracts of Employment and advise on their implementation into your workforce. Approximately one third of all applications to the Employment Tribunal relate to the question of redundancy.
