We advise and act for clients on numerous non-contentious, advisory and transactional matters, such as drafting and negotiating employment contracts; letters of appointments; service agreements; confidentiality agreements; workforce, secondment and consultancy agreements; advising on employment procedures and protocol; staff handbooks; leave rights connected to maternity; paternity and adoption; flexible-working; employees’ IT and telecommunications usage; pension rights; redundancy and employee immigration; and changes to employment and employment-related law.

We assist corporate and individual clients with regard to business reorganisations and acquisitions and disposals and TUPE transfers, carrying out employment due diligence exercises on acquisition; and drafting employment warranties and indemnities for business sale agreements.

We also advise senior employees of banks and financial institutions and corporate officers in respect of both entry and exit negotiations; redundancy; gardening leave; and post- termination restrictions.
