Experience

We deal with all major areas of U.K. immigration law other than asylum, and our experience includes the following:-

Work permit applications

We act for many U.K.based employers in relation to all Work Permit applications made to employ foreign employees in the U.K. In many cases, we manage the entire Work Permit process for our clients.

Sole representative applications

This route is often the most effective way for a foreign business to establish itself in the U.K., and we have many years of experience in advising clients on this application.

Buisness and self-employed applications

Often an extremely complicated route – we can guide you through the pitfalls to a successful conclusion.

Family applications

We deal with all applications for family members to join family in the UK eg. spouses, children, dependant relatives, including applications for family members of EC nationals.

Fast track applications – extensions and permanent residence

This extremely valuable service is only available by prior appointment, and is extremely popular. For further information please contact our Immigration Team.
