Our established clients include both Insolvency Practitioners charged with statutory responsibilities of investigation and recovery and both individuals and companies in their search for work out alternatives to cessation of trade and the alternative insolvency regimes. However, a lot of our work also comes from recommendations and referrals.
The Insolvency & Turnaround Group is part of the Litigation Department, however it also draws on expertise from other service groups including the Corporate & Commercial Department to deliver a comprehensive range of services.
The team works closely with clients and communicates on a regular basis with them to ensure every step of the process is achieved successfully. We highlight potential problems early, reducing the risk of wasted time and money and offer solutions tailored to the client’s needs, achieving any critical timescales in this fast moving environment.
