Adam Hayward - Solicitor, Property

Adam Hayward is a Solicitor in the Property team. He deals with all aspects of commercial property with a particular interest in property development, from acquisition, through planning and development, to the ultimate disposal. Adam works with developers, landlords and tenants and deals with drafting and agreeing leases, acquisitions and disposals, is involved in retail investments, portfolio building and syndicated property investments.

Adam lives in Clapham Junction. He is a keen squash player (please do feel very free to ask for a game at any level), is a proficient saxophonist and dabbles in the drums, piano, guitar and the didgeridoo. Adam also tries to find the time to sample London’s top eateries, his current favourite being Barbecoa.
