Antony Cotton - Associate, Corporate & Commercial

Antony Cotton is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. Australian born, Antony is admitted as a solicitor in both Australia and England & Wales. He also holds a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in banking and finance. Antony specialises in corporate and commercial law and provides clients with high level advice and guidance on a range of matters. His areas of interest include mergers and acquisitions; IPOs; alternative investment industry; financial services; corporate finance and IP & IT. He was promoted to Associate in June 2011. Outside the office, Antony enjoys travelling, watching and playing all types of sports, and catching up with friends (around a BBQ when weather permits). Antony is also a budding photographer.
