Benjamin Lomer - Senior Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Benjamin Lomer is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He has wide experience in dealing with commercial litigation and property litigation. He specialises particularly in dealing with commercial property related disputes regularly advising upon enforcement including rent recovery, service charge arrears, breach of covenant, possession and forfeiture, as well as dilapidation claims and, in particular, commercial lease renewal or termination notices and associated Court proceedings. Ben is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association. He lives in South West London with his wife and is usually found watching rugby at the Stoop supporting Harlequins or playing on the pitches of Clapham and Wandsworth.
