Derek Collinson - Partner, Property

Derek has over 30 years experience of acting on property investment, development and finance transactions. Clients include investment trust funds, property companies, private investors, major banks, building societies and borrowers. He has particular expertise in commercial investment and development, residential investment and property finance.

Derek graduated from the University of Sheffield and qualified as a Solicitor in 1969. He joined Druces LLP as a Partner in the Property Department in April 2010. He lives in Hampshire. His interests include sailing, golf, growing organic vegetables as well as watching rugby, cricket and football.
