Helen Freely - Partner, Private Client

Helen Freely is a Partner in the Private Client team. She deals with all aspects of administering UK and foreign domiciliary estates, wills, trusts and inheritance tax planning. She specialises particularly in dealing with trusts for people with physical and learning disabilities and contentious trusts and probate. She is also very experienced in dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and other Court of Protection matters and also handles some charitable and educational trusts. Helen is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly, The Thomas More Society, and the British German Jurists Association. She has written for the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph and the Private Client Adviser and also contributed to BBC Breakfast Television and BBC Radio Solent.
