Jamie Coulthard is a Senior Associate in Druces LLP’s Property team. Jamie is experienced in all aspects of commercial property, with an emphasis on transactional work for property developers property occupiers, retailers, institutional investors, and charities. She specialises in disposals, acquisitions and landlord and tenant work, including management, lease renewals and lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants). Jamie is a member of Women in Property. She lives in Essex and spends most of her spare time watching football, in particular Sunderland AFC, going to the gym and shopping.
