Jill Gear is a Solicitor in the Property team. She enjoys working on a broad range of property transactions, with experience in landlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants, acquisition and disposals for owner occupiers and investors. Jill has particular expertise in acting for banks in secured lending transactions. Jill lives near Epping Forest and is a proud mother of two boys, both of whom are very happy to help her bake a cake or two at the weekend.
