Marie-Louise King is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Marie-Louise specialises in commercial litigation and contentious insolvency. She has particular experience in claims involving breach of contract; fraud/deceit and misuse of confidential information; emergency injunctive relief including worldwide freezing orders and search orders; shareholders’ and partnership disputes; actions under the Commercial Agents Regulations; and claims in negligence against professional advisers. She is a member of the London Solicitors’ Litigation Association, the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association and R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
