Nicholas Brent - Partner, Head of Property

Nicholas has wide experience of all areas of commercial property – development, investment, property finance – and particularly in the area of corporate occupation. His clientele includes foreign investors and also encompasses property development and occupation work for charities. Nicholas is a member of the Land Law Sub-Committee of the City of London Law Society and he is recommended in Legal 500 for commercial property services. Nicholas lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and children. In his spare time, when they and work allow, he enjoys reading, cinema, gardening, walking and cycling (slowly).
