Toby Stroh - Partner, Head of Corporate & Commercial

Toby Stroh (LLB) is head of Druces’ Corporate & Commercial team. He specialises in general company and commercial work. His experience ranges from first round start-ups for small to mid-size businesses in sectors as diverse as hi-tech university spin-outs and property, leisure and financial service entities to venture capital, private equity and capital markets work involving fund raising and investor exits, to major project work and mergers and acquisitions. And almost everything in-between including most of the commercial work that clients involved in such diverse areas typically require ranging from IP and IT to distribution, agency, franchise and joint venture agreements and advice on competition law.  

He heads up Druces LLP’s membership of the Alliance of Business Lawyers, an exciting and dynamic organisation of law firms around the world with an international clientele.  

Toby speaks rusty French and his outside interests include music, food, travel and scuba diving. He lives in Buckinghamshire, with his wife, Sally, three dogs, three horses, five Soay (initially there were six but sadly one died) and a pig. None of which (or whom) is for eating.

Toby joined Druces LLP (Druces & Attlee as it then was) in 1986.
