We advise directors on issues that arise on a daily basis and on strategic matters when they arise whether that be in the merger and acquisition arena or capital markets issues. We understand and frequently deal with problems arising out of financial difficulties that are all too common and how to minimise the possibility of liabilities attaching to directors in their personal capacity whether through wrongful trading or otherwise. We also write and lecture on Directors’ Duties under the Companies Act 2006.
