Our commercial property practice acts for a wide range of developers, investors, occupiers and financiers. Clients range in size from large organisations which are household names to smaller entrepreneurial concerns. As well as “core” commercial property work we also deal with property related tax, property litigation, construction, planning and environmental issues and we provide corporate advice on appropriate vehicles for transactions. We have a particular expertise and longstanding experience in acting for clients investing in property syndicates.
Our residential practice focuses mainly on high value, urban and rural properties from one bedroom flats in the City to country estates. We work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure, where appropriate, that any necessary tax, trust and corporate issues are covered to ensure the most beneficial form of ownership and the minimisation of any tax liability.
