Druces LLP is a medium sized City law firm, based in Moorgate. We currently have 17 Partners specialising across a variety of corporate and private client disciplines, focusing on Corporate & Commercial, Property, Private Client, Tax, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Employment and Business Turnaround, Rescue and Insolvency. Our goal is to provide our clients with an expert, Partner-led service across the full range of their legal requirements.
We are an expanding business, with the intention of having 25-30 Partners in the long term. Since 2009 we have taken on several new partners and in 2010 we merged with the Clerkenwell property law firm, Clegg Manuel. In 2011, Richard Clegg was appointed our Managing Partner. We remain actively looking for opportunities to expand our business by new appointments and mergers, where these will add strength and added value for our clients. We remain confident that our business will continue to thrive in this difficult economic climate.
