Our international expertise

A large part of our work has an international dimension and we were founder members of the Alliance of Business Lawyers. This worldwide network of law firms enables us to deliver an excellent cross-border service for clients in the UK and overseas, regularly advising international clients on English law matters.

One example of this international work is our capital markets practice where we have become a leader in the natural resources sector, advising businesses often operating in Africa, North America and beyond.

We are pleased to support Your Sanctuary as our Charity of the Year. Your Sanctuary offer sanctuary, support and empowerment to anyone affected by Domestic Abuse. Our team has been taking part in various fundraising events for the charity and have also participated in and supported other fundraising and charitable events including the London Legal Walk, MacMillan Coffee Morning and Whitechapel Mission.
