Advice to Officeholders

Our team includes a licensed insolvency practitioner who, as a lawyer, does not take formal insolvency appointments, but who is well-versed in the legal and practical aspects of administrations, company voluntary arrangements, administrative and fixed charge receiverships and liquidations. We have wide experience in advising administrators, supervisors, receivers (both administrative receivers and fixed charge (“LPA”) receivers) and also liquidators. When acting for office-holders we advise on the full range of issues facing them including sale of the business, trading issues, contractual issues, property issues, employment issues, pensions issues, tax issues. In addition we can act in relation to any disputes or litigation matters through our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
