Business and private wealth law firm Druces advised  property company Glenstone Property plc  on its merger with three targets.

Glenstone entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (the SPA) on 18 December 2015 for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in London & Surrey Property Holdings Limited, Amdale Securities Limited and Deemark Limited for a total consideration of £48.8 million.

The firm’s transaction team was led by Toby Stroh, partner and head of the firm’s corporate team.  He was assisted by Claire Rigby, solicitor.  Property support on the transaction was led by partner, Karen Chapman.

Glenstone Property Group converted to a Real Estate Investment Trust in 2009 and is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
