Druces for Business

Arbitration

We have a breadth of experience in handling domestic and international disputes under the full range of arbitration rules. The team has a particular expertise in dealing with construction disputes, as well as experience of international trade, commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.

In an international context, our arbitration lawyers have worked with the ICC International Court of Arbitration rules, the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes, and the London Court of International Arbitration. We regularly partner with other experts, drawn from our international network of lawyers, where different legal systems are involved.

In a domestic context, the team has extensive knowledge and experience of the UK arbitration rules.

We are happy to advise on everything from drafting arbitration agreements, setting up ad hoc arbitrations after a dispute has arisen and appointing tribunals to handling enforcement actions in England and world-wide.
