Druces’ Capital Markets team and Commercial team have advised long standing client Savannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV, FWB: SAV and SWB: SAV) (“Savannah”), in entering into an ‘Added Value Services Agreement’ with EIT InnoEnergy. This agreement forms part of the Business Investment Platform (‘BIP’) launched by EIT InnoEnergy last September to accelerate the development of a European battery industry.

This new relationship with EIT InnoEnergy will assist Savannah in securing finance to continue the development of its Mina do Barroso project and also in introducing potential strategic investors and potential customers to the project.
