City of London law firm, Druces has advised Integrum Care Group Limited (“Integrum”) on its acquisition of Hythe Care Homes Limited and its subsidiaries.
Hythe Care Homes Limited is an independent provider of nursing and personal care across three care homes in the South East region. This represents the second acquisition for Integrum in the past 6 months as part of its continuing growth strategy and the second on which Druces has acted.
The Druces team was led by Christopher Axford, Partner in the firm’s Corporate team, and included Claire Rigby (Senior Associate, Corporate), Mark Lamph (Solicitor, Corporate), Rebecca Pinder (Solicitor, Banking and Finance) and Tom Rawe (Associate, Property).
