Druces’ Capital Markets team has advised AIM-listed Panthera Resources PLC, in connection with an equity capital fundraising, with existing and institutional investors, for approximately £1.06 million. The capital raising will fund Panthera’s planned drilling programme in Bassala, Mali, where there was a significant discovery of gold last year.
Druces’ Capital Markets team included David Smith (Consultant), Jack Dervyn (Senior Associate) and Mark Lamph (Associate).
