Druces’ Capital Markets team has advised RentGuarantor Holdings PLC on its placing and admission to the AQSE Growth Market. RentGuarantor provides a rent guarantee service to tenants wishing to rent property in the UK from the private rental sector. This is an online service through which applications can be managed on a secure, bespoke digital platform, designed and built by RentGuarantor.
The Capital Markets team consisted of Christopher Axford, Jack Dervyn and Mark Lamph. Chris commented:
