Druces has bolstered its litigation practice by appointing Nigel Adams as the new Head of Dispute Resolution.

This is the latest addition to a Dispute Resolution team which was last year joined by Richard Bailey (Partner) and Laughlan Steer (Senior Associate). Nigel’s arrival to lead the growing team marks the beginning of a new chapter for Druces.

Nigel brings years of experience of acting for both individuals and businesses in areas including contract and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insolvency matters and agency disputes. He is a specialist in media-related disputes (including reputation management and intellectual property work) and is also known for his expertise in the specialist field of disputes involving classic car ownership.

Commenting on the hire, Senior Partner Roy Campbell said:

We are delighted to have Nigel joining us. He brings his expertise as a litigator and steps up into leadership of our team at a very positive time.”

Nigel Adams:

I am excited to be joining Druces at a time of growth in the dispute resolution team.  I am looking forward, not only to continuing to develop my own practice and clients, but also harnessing the talent in the rest of the team. As the country and economy emerge from the pandemic it is certainly an eventful and promising time for the firm and an interesting time to be a litigator.”
