City of London law firm Druces LLP has hired banking partner, Simon Pullen, to boost the firm’s growing Banking and Finance practice.
Simon joins from Central London firm Howard Kennedy, and brings with him over 30 years’ experience of acting for financiers, lenders, borrowers and investors. He has acted for some of the highest profile names in the banking sector including advising a variety of US banks, Natwest, RBS, Coutts, Secure Trust Bank and Bank Julius Baer.
Simon advises across the full range of financial transactions including acquisition finance and structured and cross border transactions. He has a particular focus recently on real estate acquisition and development finance and has a proven track record in the banking sector.
