At last night’s Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2022 – their flagship award ceremony – Druces’ Real Estate team took home the gold award in the ‘Property Law Firm of the Year’ category, beating off competition from Mishcon de Reya (Silver) and Fladgate (Bronze).

It is no secret that the coronavirus pandemic has caused uncertainty in the Real Estate market, however Citywealth recognised our team’s commitment to serving clients in both the commercial and residential markets, as well as our focus on finding synergies with other departments in the firm to generate new property business.

Our determination to complete large commercial property development and financing projects before the pandemic took hold, and the growth of our residential property team to meet the demands of the market during the stamp duty holiday, were particularly note-worthy demonstrations of our dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
