About the Senior Associates
Claire Rigby – Corporate & Commercial
Claire deals with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations as well as advising on a range of property and acquisition finance transactions. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions in regulated industries and has particular expertise in the healthcare sector. Claire is also experienced in dealing with Sharia’a compliant transactions.
Sarah Dahabiyeh – Real Estate
Sarah has broad commercial property experience with an emphasis on landlord and tenant work, disposals, acquisitions and the property aspects of corporate transactions. She acts for a range of clients including banks, major retailers, developers and private clients. Prior to joining Druces in 2014, she worked for two large City firms.
Victoria
Novikova – Dispute Resolution
Victoria specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration
and is experienced in the resolution of complex commercial disputes involving
fraud, conspiracy and misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of
contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, interim injunctions,
jurisdictional issues and enforcement. Victoria is also a Russian qualified
lawyer and has an extensive experience of acting for Russian speaking clients
on a wide range of private and commercial matters.
