City law firm, Druces LLP, has been shortlisted for two leading Private Wealth awards in WealthBriefing’s forthcoming 2019 European Awards. The awards, now in their seventh year, showcase the ‘best of breed’ providers in the global private banking, wealth management and trusted advisor communities.

Druces’ City-based Private Client Team has been successfully shortlisted for Private Client Law Firm of the Year for the third year in a row. Partner, Neil Morris, has also been shortlisted as Private Client Lawyer of the Year, in recognition of a successful career spanning more than 40 years in the industry.

Druces’ Senior Partner, Roy Campbell, commented: “this represents yet another confirmation that Druces’ Private Client Team continues to be recognised as one of the pre-eminent players in the Private Wealth sector. Following on from Druces’ success at the 2018 awards (where Partner Robert Macro was awarded Private Client Lawyer of the Year), we are delighted that our position in the market continues to go from strength to strength.

ClearView Financial Media’s Chief Executive, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, was first to extend his congratulations to the shortlisted firms.  He said: “The firms who have been shortlisted in these awards are all worthy competitors, and I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations. These awards will recognise the very best operators in the private client industry, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process – such that the awards truly reflect excellence in wealth management.  Our aim is to make these annual awards one of the brightest, and keenly contested highlights in the wealth management calendar.”

Winners will be announced at a gala awards dinner, which will be held in London on 11 April at The Guildhall.
