International Wealth and Fiduciary

Druces LLP is a City of London-based business and private wealth law firm.  Our services are designed to help individuals and family offices, who require advice in connection with their UK and international interests.

We specialise in securing low profile successful outcomes for high profile families and their interests.

Our family office brochure introduces you to our full range of services and our experience.  However, our advice has included working with individuals and families to structure their personal and collective international and UK affairs in the most tax efficient ways possible, including advising on all associated corporate structuring. We advise on all issues connected to employing staff and being employed in the UK and can advise on all immigration aspects of moving to and residing in the UK.

We are also well known for advising families on all issues relating to their UK real estate portfolios, whether residential, commercial or purely investment property and we regularly structure families’ business affairs in the UK, advising on the most appropriate and tax efficient vehicles, according to their circumstances.  Our property credentials include pioneering investment through syndication over 25 years ago and acting on the first ever REIT conversion to be listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

We are delighted to work closely with Global Family Office Community (GFOC) and the firm is a GFOC ‘Approved Family Office Supplier‘.
