On 11 March 2013, the Financial Services Authority published a user guide for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Handbook and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) Handbook. The guide, insofar as it relates to the FCA Handbook, provides an introduction to the structure and contents of the FCA Handbook and provides explanations of how the different modules fit together and how users should interpret and use the FCA Handbook. The guide also provides a brief overview on interpreting and using the PRA Handbook.
