On 8 March 2013, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) published online versions of both the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Handbook and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) Handbook. Both Handbooks will replace the FSA Handbook and will come into force on 1 April 2013, the date on which the PRA and the FCA (together with the Financial Policy Committee) replace the FSA as the UK’s financial services regulatory authorities.
