Druces’ corporate team has advised IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. in connection with the sale of one of its divisions, Casella, to TSI Incorporated.

IDEAL is a global, diversified family-owned business designing and manufacturing superior products for the electrical, lighting and infrastructure industries.

Druces’ team included Antony Cotton, Adrian Footer, Claire Rigby and Kajal Sachania.
