Real Estate

Druces LLP’s large and experienced team of Real Estate lawyers provides a complete commercial and residential property law service to a wide variety of corporate and individual clients.

Legal 500

The Real Estate department as a whole and a number of our Real Estate partners and consultants are recommended in the Legal 500 for Commercial Property and for Property Finance:

“Druces LLP ‘displays the qualities one would expect from a larger firm’. Nicholas Brent and Suzanne Middleton-Lindsley ‘clearly understand the commercial imperatives’

Our commercial property lawyers act for a wide range of developers, investors, occupiers and financiers.  Clients range in size from large organisations which are household names to smaller entrepreneurial concerns. As well as “core” commercial property work we also deal with property related tax, property litigation, construction, planning and environmental issues and we provide corporate advice on appropriate vehicles for transactions. We have a particular expertise and longstanding experience in acting for clients investing in property syndicates. Our residential legal practice focuses mainly on high value, urban and rural properties from one bedroom flats in the City to country estates. We work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure, where appropriate, that any necessary tax, trust and corporate issues are covered to ensure the most beneficial form of ownership and the minimisation of any tax liability.
