The Autumn edition of our Real Estate Newsletter is out now.

Our new look Real Estate Newsletter

Though we continue to deliver the latest stories from the sector as usual, you may notice the newsletter has a different look to previous editions.

We have given the newsletter a new lease of life, with added imagery, easier access to the news relevant to you, and a more focused, refined list of articles.

As is often the case with change, we are always looking for ways to improve the newsletter for future releases. Therefore, any feedback and comments on the content covered is welcomed. However, if you have enjoyed this edition of our Real Estate Newsletter, please feel free to forward it onto colleagues and contacts.

What does the newsletter cover?

The newsletter is split into two sections:

  1. Planning
  2. Restrictive covenants

The planning section contains articles relating to topics such as planning permissions and rules to be wary of, whereas the restrictive covenants section looks at whether they are enforceable, including information on some particularly unique cases.
