Cheryl joined the firm as a corporate legal assistant in January 2019 and started her training contract with firm in March 2021. She is currently undertaking her first seat in the Dispute Resolution department.
Cheryl read History at the University of Kent before commencing her legal career. After graduating from her degree, Cheryl volunteered at the Citizens Advice Bureau and then moved to a local authority legal department as a legal assistant, where she worked for 4 years specialising in child protection cases.
More recently, Cheryl worked as a paralegal/PA in the Corporate & Commercial department of a London law firm whilst completing the GDL at De Montfort University. She then went on to study the LPC at The University of Law where she obtained a distinction in her Master’s degree in Professional Legal Practice.
