Her experience includes completing UK and offshore company share acquisitions and sales, luxury asset acquisitions, joint venture deals, refinancing, advising crypto start-ups and on crowdfunding platform set-ups.

Kajal also has experience supporting clients in the healthcare industry, where she has advised on the sales and purchases of pharmacies, nurseries and dental practices.
