Mark is a senior associate in Druces LLP’s Corporate and Commercial team. Mark read Mathematics at university before switching interests to law, qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.
Mark services include listings on the Main Market, AIM or AQSE, transitions from AIM to the Main Market, secondary fundraisings and dual listings involving overseas exchanges.
As well as representing issuers coming to the market for the first time, Mark advises issuers and their boards in relation to the ongoing requirements of being a publicly quoted company.
Mark also has particular expertise in public mergers and acquisitions and deals with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including national and international joint ventures, convertible loan notes and group restructuring.
