Parveen is a partner in Druces’ Residential Property team. She has expert knowledge in all aspects of residential conveyancing including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgage transactions and transfers of equities. Parveen prides herself on giving clear and straightforward explanations of the complexities of these transactions to her clients.

Having particular experience with the prime and super prime London sectors and the Home Counties market, Parveen’s expertise particularly comes to the fore in dealing with high value freehold and leasehold properties and a range of other complex transactions.  Recent examples of her work include the purchase of a central London property for £17m and a freehold purchase of a large residential development in Richmond by a management company from a major developer.

In her spare time, Parveen likes to paint, read, travel and spend time with her two young children.
