  • Advising a UK manufacturer regarding a bond issue to fund and develop its low-maintenance vertical axis wind turbine product.
  • Advising a developer on projects for mobile solar power generation for temporary units, military bases, and construction sites in remote areas.
  • Acting on turnkey contracts for installation of a 500kW photovoltaic generating system.
  • Acting for a national wind power consortium/joint venture on the development of various solar wind farm projects.
  • Advising companies engaged in the construction and installation of solar PV generation sites on agricultural, industrial and residential properties.
  • Advising a developer of projects utilising biomass on floating power/CHP stations, designed to meet not only on-shore electricity needs but the increasing requirements of the marine industry for the supply of shore power to vessels while in port.
  • Advising a corporate finance house involved in raising finance for the developer and operator of a 20MW solar power plant in Ghana.
  • Advising a UK designer and manufacturer of medium scale vertical-axis wind turbines.
