Mike Glock and Stephen Mamelok, Founders and Managing Directors of Unifii, stated,

The Druces team were all very responsive and pushed the deal to completion no matter what challenges came up along the way. Their approach was refreshingly commercial and practical throughout.”
Antony Cotton commented:
“It was a great pleasure working with Mike and Steve and each of the other sellers on this deal and helping them get the deal over the line. We look forward to our continuing relationship with them and seeing how they continue to build and drive forward Unifii.
This deal showcased the multiple practice areas of Druces including corporate, employment, tax, commercial and real estate, highlighting the depth and expertise that Druces has to assist clients on deals such as this.”
