Druces has advised the sell-side in relation to the sale of Unifii Global Holdings, a technology consultancy and the largest independent Elite Partner of leading digital workflow company, ServiceNow, in the United Kingdom & Ireland to Bain Capital backed Inetum, the digital services and solutions company with a presence in more than 27 countries.

Corporate partner, Antony Cotton and corporate senior associate Claire Rigby led the Druces team and were supported by corporate solicitor, Cheryl Michalik, corporate tax partner, Paul White, employment partner, Phillip Vallon and commercial partner Neil Pfister.
