Druces’ Corporate and Real Estate teams have advised long standing client SigmaRoc plc (“SigmaRoc”), in connection with the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 60 per cent. equity interest in GDH (Holdings) Limited (“GDH”), a significant quarrying group located in South Wales. The consideration was funded through internal resources following strong cash generation during the first half of 2020.
SigmaRoc will be working closely with the GDH management team to grow and develop the business in South Wales, focusing on a number of prospects and significant opportunities for the business during the remainder of the year and into 2021.
