The Deep, one of the most spectacular aquariums in the world is located in Hull, East Yorkshire and is the world’s only submarium. Druces LLP was involved in  the structured lease financing relating to the project and we are especially pleased to see that the Deep is now the most successful of the Millenium Projects having attracted over 4.5million visitors since its opening.
